I am participating in the 2026 Run for the Cure in Ottawa on October 4. I am running in support of my sister-in-law, Marilyn Zind, who was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. She has just begun her battle to beat back this dreaded disease. Early detection and state-of-the-art treatments make it possible for women like Marilyn to make it through the fight and emerge on the other side to enjoy many more years of life.

As part of my fundraising campaign, I am holding a silent auction with all proceeds going to support Run for the Cure. I am offering “Life in the Desert 10” for the auction.
